My name is Veronda Jones. I have lived and work in Fayetteville, NC as a visual artist and educator for 19 years. I am a lover of Christ and my art style reflects realism with a touch of abstraction. I have found a true love for painting portraits in acrylic, oil pastel and mixed media on canvas. My focus is to depict nature and the life style of African American Culture. I have also found an interest in teaching fun sip & paint lessons to children and adults of all ages. I received a Bachelor or Science degree in Fine Arts from Fayetteville State University and a Masters in Educational Technology from Grand Canyon University. I have taught visual arts to middle and high school aged children for 19 years and decided to persue a career as a professional artist within the last year.
